Cancellation Policy
At Sum’n Sweet Frozen Treats, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, we’ve outlined the following cancellation policy for party packages and catering orders: Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling: We offer one complimentary rescheduling if notified at least 3 days in advance. Rescheduled events must take place within 60 days of the original booking. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. Forced Cancellations: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters), we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit for future use.
